At Columbia Academy, we recognize the importance of outdoor play. We realize that through outdoor play, students are developing pathways to the brain and learning, which is why we’ve secured over 85,000 square feet of outdoor play areas across our campuses. Students at the preschool level enjoy outdoor play at least twice a day for thirty minutes. At the elementary and middle school, students are provided with at least thirty minutes of outdoor play during the academic day.
