As professionals in the field of child care, Columbia Academy has high expectations of our teachers and staff. These expectations allow us to provide an outstanding experience for each child that we serve and their parents. Columbia Academy is a private school with three preschool locations and an elementary/middle school location in Howard County. Our fourth preschool location is to be opened in the Fall of 2008. We provide care for children age 6 weeks to eighth grade.

Columbia Academy is growing and needs child care professionals to fill Senior Staff, Degreed Teachers and Aide positions for all age groups. Full time and part time hours are available. In order to be considered, all state licensing requirements must be met. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have earned a CDA, or and Associates Degree or a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or 90 hrs certification or 45 hrs infant/toddlers certification. Previous experience working with children in a licensed child care setting preferred.
